Frey Ranch – Quad Malt Bourbon Whiskey (37.5cl)

Frey Ranch Quad Malt is an estate-grown bourbon from Colby and Ashley Frey's 1,500-acre farm in Fallon, Nevada, in a 37.5cl bottle. All of the grain is grown on site. It uses the same four-grain mashbill as the standard Frey Ranch bourbon: corn, winter rye, winter wheat and barley. Here all four grains are malted on site, rather than only the barley, so each contributes flavour. The palate opens with big fruity flavours that move into candy corn and malted chocolate.
