G'Vine Floraison Gin (1L)

A French gin distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes, sourced from the Cognac region. Its alcohol base comes from fresh grape nectar gathered during the brief flowering period of the vine. Ten botanicals are used, including angelica root, coriander, liquorice, cardamom and cubeba, with fresh vine flowers added for a refined floral note. The gin is clear and pure. On the nose it shows delicate floral aromas with citrus hints; on the palate it is elegantly soft, with a balanced flavour profile and a long, pleasantly aromatic finish. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as a base for cocktails needing lasting character and floral freshness.
