G4 Blanco de Madera Tequila (75cl, 45%)

A blanco tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave by master distiller Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is slow-cooked in traditional ovens, crushed and distilled in copper pot stills, with fermentation in wooden vats and the use of deep well water. The tasting profile gives cooked agave, fresh herbs, green apple and light nuttiness on the nose; a richer, rounder palate with sweet agave, pepper, citrus and a creamy texture; and a long, balanced finish with lingering spice, minerality and subtle oak-adjacent softness. It is released in limited, hand-numbered batches.
