G4 Blanco 108 is a high-proof blanco tequila from the El Pandillo distillery in the Highlands of Jalisco. It is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in stone ovens, crushed with a mechanical tahona and double-distilled in copper pot stills. A blend of collected rainwater and natural spring water is used, and the tequila is bottled at 54% ABV without chill filtration or additives.
On the nose there is intense cooked agave, wet stone minerality, citrus peel and fresh herbs. The palate is full-bodied, with sweet roasted agave, black pepper, lime and earthy mineral depth. The finish is long, warming and structured, with lingering spice, salinity and agave sweetness.
