Garda DOC Pinot Grigio - Lamberti

A white wine from Garda, made from Pinot Grigio by Lamberti. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, expressing aromas of Golden apple and pear, with a touch of lemon and some white flowers. The sensation is fresh and clear, with a slender but well-defined structure, salinity running through it and a pleasant, thirst-quenching drinkability. On the palate it is smooth, with lively acidity supporting the progression and balanced softness; the finish is clean, with a slightly herbaceous note. It suits aperitifs, light seafood starters, light fish, sushi and composed salads, and also holds up beside shellfish or delicate risottos.
