Gentleman's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon created by Steph Curry, who took part in the blending and ageing decisions. It was launched in May 2023 and made with Napa Valley winemaker John Schwartz and the Boone County Distilling Co. team.
It is distilled, aged and bottled by Game Changer Distillery in Boone County, Kentucky, on a 500-gallon copper pot still from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. The whiskey spends five to seven years in charred new white oak barrels and is bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
On the palate it is described as honey, fresh vanilla bean and rich caramel, with cinnamon, seared caramel and sweet toasted chestnut.
