Gentleman's Cut Shacho Bourbon is an 11 year old Kentucky straight bourbon finished in new Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. It is the Player Exclusive release in Stephen Curry's Gentleman's Cut collection, made by Game Changer Distillery and bottled at 105 proof (52.5%) in a 750ml bottle.
The name comes from the Japanese word 'Shacho', meaning leader, and the release is a tribute to leadership and legacy.
The nose is warm vanilla and caramel with sandalwood incense, coconut oil and Japanese oak spice. The palate brings brown sugar, toasted oak, cinnamon, coconut, leather and tobacco. The finish is long, with sandalwood, warm spice and vanilla cream.
