Gentleman's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by Stephen Curry in collaboration with Boone County Distilling Co., bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Curry partnered with John Schwartz of Amuse Bouche Winery to form a joint venture with the distillery.
It is distilled in 500-gallon copper pot stills and aged for 5 to 7 years in charred new white oak barrels. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
On the palate it is described as honey, fresh vanilla bean and rich caramel, with earthy, spicy rye and touches of cocoa and toast from the malted barley.
