George Dickel Rye Whisky (75cl, 45%)

George Dickel Rye is a rye whiskey distilled in Indiana and charcoal mellowed in Tennessee. It is bottled at 45% (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The charcoal mellowing is described as giving a clean finish, while the whiskey keeps a classic rye spice with balanced sweetness and a little oak. The nose is light caramel, toasted grain and warm baking spice. On the palate there is bold rye spice, vanilla, caramel sweetness and subtle oak. The finish is smooth and warming, slightly peppery, with lingering spice.
