This is an organic and biodynamic Brut Nature Champagne from Georges Remy, made from a single named site within the Bouzy grand cru. The vineyard is planted half to Pinot Noir and half to Chardonnay.
The wine is vinified and aged in barrel on its fine lees, then rests on lath for 4 years.
It is generous and vinous in style, with ripe fruit and a light touch of oak.
