Georges Remy Les Quatre Terroirs Extra Brut Premier Cru Magnum (1.5L)

This is an extra brut premier cru Champagne in a magnum, made from grapes grown in the villages of Bouzy, Ambonnay, Tauxières and Louvois. It is produced from organic and biodynamic farming. Pinot Noir leads the blend, with Chardonnay making up the rest. The wine is vinified on fine lees in new oak barrels and in casks that have held several wines. The long time in cask gives the Champagne a finely woody character and a vinous weight, set against the liveliness that comes from its terroir. The result is a complete, rounded style.
