Georges Remy Les Houardes Coteaux Champenois

Les Houardes is a still white wine, not a sparkling one, from Georges Remy. It is made from Chardonnay grown on the single parcel of the same name, farmed organically and biodynamically, and it is a very small cuvée. The wine spends 15 months in barrel. It shows its potential from an early age, with a fairly dense, fleshy character held in check by underlying minerality that gives it length.
