Germain-Robin XO Brandy

Germain-Robin XO is a California brandy distilled in Charentais pot stills and aged in Limousin oak barrels. It is made from California wine grapes, with Pinot Noir as the signature grape. Pinot Noir brings a dark cherry character and a rich, silky mouthfeel. Colombard distillate adds fresh apple, while Sémillon contributes peach and apricot notes. Vanilla and toast from French oak sit alongside the fruit, and fermentation and distillation are aimed at emphasising fruit and texture. The brandy is very smooth, with cherry, vanilla and oak as its main flavours and a long finish.
