Germain-Robin XO is a California brandy, distilled only in Charentais pot stills and aged in Limousin oak barrels. It is made from California wine grapes and built around Pinot Noir.
Pinot Noir brings dark cherry and a rich, silky mouthfeel. Colombard distillate adds fresh apple, while Sémillon contributes richness with peach and apricot notes. Vanilla and toast from the French oak sit alongside the fruit.
The brandy is extremely smooth, with a very long finish.
