Gin Colombo (70cl)

A gin distilled in Sri Lanka, presented in a 70cl bottle. Its formulation includes indigenous ingredients such as curry leaves, Ceylon cinnamon peel and galangal root, alongside traditional gin botanicals such as coriander and juniper berries. It is clear in appearance. The nose has juniper and exotic spices, with sweet and spicy notes in balance and a citrus lift. The palate is soft and elegant, fresh at first, then a pleasant spice burst, with a long, persistent finish and a delicate spice aftertaste.
