Gin Old Tom - Winestillery (70cl)

An Old Tom gin from Winestillery, made as a homage to the old English gin tradition. It is produced with a selection of natural botanicals and distilled by artisanal methods, with a soft, slightly sweet note. The aromatic complexity develops into a bouquet of juniper, citrus and delicate spices. It suits classic cocktails such as Tom Collins or Martinez, and can also be enjoyed neat, slightly chilled.
