A Tuscan bitter from Winestillery, made with a slow maceration of local herbs and selected spices. It is intended to recall the aromas of the Mediterranean scrub and the Tuscan hills, with a balance of bitterness, sweetness and freshness. It can be used as a base for classic or modern cocktails, or served chilled as an aperitif with Tuscan snacks such as crostini with pâté or aged cheeses.
