Gin Silent Pool Rose Expression (70cl)

A gin distilled in the Surrey countryside in England, using water from the Silent Pool spring. It is enriched with rose petals and hand-picked local botanicals including juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds and cardamom. The colour is delicately pink from the rose petal infusion. On the palate it shows smooth elegance with red fruit notes and light spice, finishing soft and persistently floral. It can be served on the rocks, in a gin and tonic or in cocktails.
