Gin Silent Pool (1L)

A gin from Surrey, England, produced in small batches by Silent Pool. It uses 24 botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, lavender and local honey, and is distilled with water from the Silent Pool natural spring in a copper-covered still with careful temperature control. The nose is rich and complex, with citrus and floral notes over aromatic herbs. The palate is smooth and balanced, with juniper and citrus followed by softer lavender and chamomile, and a long, refined finish with fresh aromatic herbs and a touch of sweetness. Enjoy neat, with ice or as a base for cocktails.
