This is a five-year-old single malt from The Glasgow Distillery Co., in a 70cl bottle. It was finished in Constantia casks, which held a sweet dessert wine from South Africa and are used here for the first time.
The unpeated, double-distilled spirit matured first in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, then spent one year and ten months in Constantia wine barriques.
The tasting notes describe fresh apricot, peach, pink grapefruit and clementine, together with rich manuka honey and dark chocolate.
