A 14 year old Mannochmore from Speyside, bottled by Gleann Mór Spirits in its Rare Find range. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2022 from a single bourbon hogshead at a cask strength of 51.5%, giving 297 bottles in a 70cl size.
The whisky is natural in colour and non-chill-filtered.
The nose offers butter pastries, vanilla fudge and pears. Candied oranges, barley and soft sweet almond follow on the palate, and the finish brings chocolate hazelnuts, warm peels and cloves.
