Glen Garioch 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 75cl bottle. The distillery was established in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, in 1797, and its current production is unpeated, though it was lightly peated for much of its history.
The name is pronounced 'Glen Geery'.
The nose is floral and honeyed, with vanilla, fresh barley, orchard fruit and light spice. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, with honey, toffee, cereal sweetness and gentle oak, leading to a medium, clean finish of lingering honey and soft spice.
