Glen Grant 12 Year Old is a single malt from the Glen Grant distillery. It joined the core range in 2016, launched in mid-2016 in a newly designed bottle. This one is bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The character is light and fruity, in the distillery's familiar style of honeyed malt, sugared almond and ripe apple.
The nose offers orchard fruits, orange and apple, with a touch of pastry and a dusting of icing sugar. The palate is sweet and rich, with red apple and golden barley behind it. Almonds linger on the finish.
