This is a 14 year old Glen Grant from Speyside, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Connoisseurs Choice series. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 from a single first-fill sherry cask, which gave 263 bottles. It is bottled at a cask strength of 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill-filtration. The colour is honey and the style is not smoky.
The nose has blackcurrant and dried apple with heather honey. The palate brings fruit cake and bitter Seville orange with ginger and clove, and the finish is long with dark forest fruits.
