This Glen Grant is a 14-year-old Speyside single malt, matured since 2011 in a first fill sherry hogshead and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2026. It belongs to the Connoisseurs Choice series, which has run since 1968 and is built on single cask maturation. The nose is described as blackcurrant with dried apple and the sweetness of heather honey. The palate shows fruit cake and bitter Seville orange, with ginger and clove. The finish stays spicy, with long notes of dark forest fruits.
