A 57-year-old Speyside single malt from Glen Grant, distilled in 1967 and matured in a refill sherry hogshead. Gordon & MacPhail bottled it in 2024 at 48.5% for The Dram Takers Collection, limited to 64 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The label carries Celtic motifs inspired by the Book of Kells, and the bottle comes in a black box.
The nose is bright, with apple and lively citrus alongside soft vanilla and light oak spice. The palate brings delicate dark chocolate with orchard fruit and fine citrus. The finish is long and dry, with aniseed spice and aged oak.
