This is a 31 year old Glen Keith single malt from Speyside, matured in first fill American oak barrels. It is bottled at cask strength and without chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was built in 1957, one of the first new malt distilleries of the twentieth century in Speyside.
The nose balances sweetness with soft spice, with raspberries, tangy mandarin and toasted oak. On the palate come apricot, juicy plum, dark chocolate and ginger jam. The finish is rich and long.
