This is a 25 year old Highland single malt from Glen Mhor, a 1979 vintage bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2004. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv.
The nose is sherried, with dried fruit, figs and dates, and a hint of cereal and a malty aroma.
On the palate it is full and oily with smoke, herbal and floral notes, and a sweet, rounding fruitiness of sherry and ripe fruit. A touch of dark chocolate sits underneath.
