Glen Moray – 12 Year Old Single Malt (70cl, 40%)

Glen Moray 12 Year Old is a single malt from a distillery with 120 years of distilling behind it. The whisky spends its whole maturation in selected American white oak casks. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle and has an amber colour. Sweet vanilla runs through the nose and palate, with fruit and a savoury oak note. On the nose there is soft caramel sweetness, fruity berries, fine vanilla and rich floral aromas. The palate is fruity and vanilla-led, joined by the spice of toasted oak. The finish is long and well balanced.
