Glen Moray 12 Year is a Speyside single malt from the Elgin distillery, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is aged for 12 years exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon casks, with no sherry influence.
The nose is sweet and floral, with vanilla toffee, summer fruits, berries and a hint of freshly cut grass. On the palate, toasted oak gives way to summer fruit, light vanilla and gentle honey. The finish is sweet and of medium length, with a subtle oak fade and clean fruit.
