Glen Moray – 2008 Single Cask (50.3%)

This Glen Moray was distilled in 2008 and bottled as a single cask at 50.3% by Berry Bros. & Rudd, without added colour or chill-filtration. The nose opens with banana, milkshake, praline ice cream and marzipan, with cherry and apricot appearing over time, then dried banana and sweet wheat. The palate brings vanilla pods, sweet oak and cereal, and the finish is long, with cocoa, rice pudding and fruit salad.
