Glen Moray – Elgin Classic Chardonnay Cask Finish (75cl)

Glen Moray Elgin Classic Chardonnay Cask Finish is a single malt from the Glen Moray distillery in Elgin, Speyside. It is the distillery's standard single malt, finished in Chardonnay wine casks. Chardonnay is the signature grape of white Burgundy and Champagne, and casks from its production bring a delicate wine influence of apple, citrus and gentle mineral character. Here that is added to the clean, fruit-forward Speyside base of the distillery. The finish is said to add crisp apple, citrus and subtle vanilla.
