Glen Moray – Elgin Classic Sherry Cask Finish (70cl, 40%)

Glen Moray Elgin Classic Sherry Cask Finish is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 40% vol. Its final maturation takes place in Oloroso sherry casks, and the whisky is gold in colour. Glen Moray was founded in 1897 and draws its water from the River Lossie. The distillery is known for early experiments with different cask types and finishes. The nose offers dried fruit, cinnamon and toffee. On the palate there is vanilla, oak and chocolate, with pronounced sherry notes and oriental spices. The finish is long, chocolatey and spicy.
