A 16-year-old Highland single malt from Glen Ord, bottled by the Artful Dodger Whisky Collective at a cask strength of 53.7% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
It was distilled in 2008 and matured throughout in a single bourbon hogshead before bottling in August 2024. The cask gave 295 bottles, and the green, grassy character of the distillery comes through alongside orchard fruit.
The nose offers crisp apples, pears, cut grass, buttery Rich Tea biscuits and vanilla bean. On the palate it is creamy and intense, with toffee apple, malty barley, vanilla custard and gentle ginger spice. The finish is long and clean, with oatmeal porridge, orchard fruits and a touch of mint.
