This is the 2020 bottling of Glen Scotia Victoriana, a single malt in a 70cl bottle at 54.2%. Victoriana was first released in 2015 as part of the distillery's redesigned range.
The whisky is drawn from casks selected by the master blender and finished in heavily charred oak casks.
The nose is elegantly oaky, with toasty sugar and citrus peels. Dark berry juiciness sits at the core of the palate, and the finish has orchard fruits dusted with dark chocolate.
