Glen Spey 12 Years Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was founded in 1885 in Rothes and draws its water from the nearby Doonie Burn.
This bottling comes from the Flora & Fauna series. The malt is described as light and fresh, with floral notes, light spice and soft oak.
On the nose there is light malt, spice and soft wood. The palate is fresh and grainy, with elegant spices and light vanilla. The finish is clean and dry.
