A 9 year old Glen Spey from the 2009 vintage, bottled by Signatory as Edition 37 of its 100 Proof Collection.
It spent its whole maturation in first fill Oloroso sherry butts and was bottled at 57.1% ABV, with no added colour and no chill filtration.
Much of Glen Spey's output goes into well known blended whiskies, and this is a small batch single malt from the distillery.
