This is an 11-year-old Glen Spey, a Speyside single malt distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 by Cooper's Choice for its Single Cask Releases. It is bottled without colouring or chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle at 53% ABV.
The whisky was matured first in American oak, then finished in a cask that previously held Marsala, the Sicilian dessert wine. Cask 802834 yielded 318 bottles.
