This Glen Spey is an 11-year-old single malt bottled by independent bottler James Eadie, in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 57.7%. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025.
After its years of maturing, the whisky spent 20 months finishing in a first fill oloroso sherry butt. The release totals 221 bottles.
The nose combines apple pie, dark cherry and roast coffee, followed by almond and ginger. The palate is silky, soft and chewy, with fudge, toffee apple and lighter floral tones. The finish is long and slightly peppery, with a hint of amaretti.
