This is a Glen Spey single malt from Speyside, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025 at nine years old. Signatory Vintage selected it as Edition 37 of its 100 Proof series, in a 70cl bottle at 57.1% ABV.
The whisky matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers ripe apples and plums alongside fruit cake, sweet malt and a little dark cocoa. On the palate it is full-bodied and creamy, with plums, caramelised pears, nutty pralines, toasted almonds and oak spice. The finish is long, with stewed fruit, creamy caramel and a dry hay note.
