A ten-year-old Speyside single malt from Glen Spey, bottled by Duncan Taylor in its Octave series. It was distilled on 4 November 2015, finished in a small Pedro Ximénez sherry octave and bottled from cask 11052464 on 21 July 2026, yielding 92 bottles.
It comes at a natural cask strength of 53.9%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines ripe apple and pear with sweet dried fruit, caramel and dark chocolate. The palate is sweet and full-bodied, with raisins, dark sugar syrup, toffee and cocoa. The finish is medium in length, with dried fruit, oak and spice.
