A 10-year-old single cask GlenAllachie, distilled in 2010 and bottled at 62.8% in a 70cl bottle. Master Distiller Billy Walker hand picked the cask for the 10th anniversary of Whisky Festival.CZ, and it was released as an exclusive for the Czech Republic.
The whisky matured in a red wine barrel from Napa Valley in the USA, which sets it apart from the distillery's sherry-cask releases. It is described as spicy and complex, with heather honey, treacle and dates alongside apricots, orange zest, cinnamon and grapefruit.
