A 35 year old single malt from the Speyside distillery GlenAllachie, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2025. Billy Walker combined casks of Mizunara virgin oak, the Japanese wood, with more traditional cask types. The result is a full-bodied whisky with warm spices, rich dried fruits, creamy vanilla and strong molasses.
