GlenAllachie Cuvée Wine Cask Finish 2012/2023 is a limited Speyside single malt, aged for 10 years and bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023.
The whisky first matured in American oak bourbon barrels. It was then finished in European oak wine barriques, some from Languedoc and Valpolicella and some from Premier Cru Classé châteaux in Bordeaux. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
On the palate it is described as showing elegant stone fruit, roasted almonds and piquant orange peel.
