This is an 11 year old Speyside single malt from GlenAllachie, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle as part of the Wood Collection. It is a limited edition, with no colour added and no chill-filtration.
The whisky was finished in puncheon and hogshead casks that previously held Palo Cortado sherry.
It is described as layered, with notes of ripe plums, dark mocha and warming cinnamon spice.
