Glenallachie 11 Year Old Wood Collection 2026 is a limited single malt finished in Palo Cortado casks, at 48% vol.
It is a natural deep mahogany with no added colouring, and it is not chill-filtered.
The nose has spiced cinnamon, butterscotch and damson plums, with heather honey and candied ginger. The palate is full-textured, with roasted honeycomb, blackberries and mocha. The finish is long, with maraschino cherries, beet syrup and dark chocolate.
