This is a 12-year-old GlenAllachie finished in Sauternes casks and bottled at 48% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose offers runny heather honey and creamy butterscotch, with ripe peaches and a fine note of mocha. On the palate come pineapple, kiwi and baking spices, moving into coconut and demerara sugar.
The finish stays fresh with citrus and a hint of creamy vanilla ice cream.
