GlenAllachie – 14 Year Old 2011 Single Pedro Ximénez Cask (53.8%)

This is a single cask GlenAllachie, a 14 year old Speyside single malt matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 at 53.8% ABV, filling 504 bottles. The puncheon is described as bringing raisins, dates, figs, treacle and dark chocolate to the fruit-driven spirit of GlenAllachie. Beneath the sherry influence sit honeyed malt, orchard fruit and warming spice.
