This is a 15 year old single malt from Speyside, bottled at 46% ABV. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered. Master Distiller Billy Walker developed it as an extension of the distillery's core range, and the GlenAllachie Distillers Company regard it as the jewel in their crown.
The colour is a deep auburn. The nose is full of raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices. On the palate those flavours develop into banana, orange peel and dark chocolate.
