GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in a combination of sherry casks and was put together by Billy Walker.
The distillery was bought in 2017 by an independent group, who brought Walker in to work on the malts, and the range was revamped in 2018.
The whisky is on the dry side, with cakebread, rum spices, toffee and dried oak.
